  • We also provide a ‘drop off and go’ catering alternative that does not require service staff, but we can arrange to have one or more waiters present if you wish. Arrange for disposable cups, cutlery and plates or POA crockery and glassware.
  • We deliver a full beverage package or make BYO arrangements. Standard and deluxe packages may include soft drinks, juices, mineral water, standard house spirits, Australian and imported beer, and sparkling, red or white wine.
  • Sample full-service menus include meat, fish, side- and vegan dishes in addition to salads. You can select a roaming cocktail walk and fork with dessert; a pre-dinner grazing table with antipasto; a buffet-style main course, and dessert or canapés; or a banquet-style main course and dessert, among others.
