By popular demand - throughout 2009 David will hold a number of interactive classes. Guests will work closely with David in a small class of 8, making some of his classic dishes or themed menus, followed by an informal lunch.

At 36, David earned respect of his peers in Europe, working for great chefs as Peter Gordon The Sugar Club ,Soho London, John Torode Sir Terrance Conran restaurants, Europe, Micheal Mc Kinerny now Rockpool, Sydney - Australia, Ruth Rodgers the River Cafe, London to name a few.
