started on a whim in late 2006 by David Parry and Tonya Guild, based in Port Douglas, this new venture hit the ground running, Organizing in conjunction with local event company M.A.D, major gala dinners for 40 - 800 distingished guests. 

In 2010 David and Tonya made the decision to move overseas and expand to an international market, whilst still operating in the Port Douglas region outsourcing some of the regions most experienced chefs.
